Thank you for choosing Dance N' Sound to be your entertainment at your next event.  We will work hard to provide you the fun and enjoyment that you and your guests would expect at a party.

Here is a brief summary of how you can get us booked (scheduled) for your party.

1.)   Contact us to see if your date is available.  Dates tend to book quickly from 6 to 12 months in advance, so contact us soon.

2.)  Once you have determined that your date is available, then you need to fill out a contract.  You can fill out your contract one of two ways:

A.)  We can mail or E-mail you the contract.

                        -Or-

B.)  You can contact us and schedule a consultation to review and fill out the contract.  This is a great opportunity to have us answer any questions that you may have.

With our first come first serve policy, the sooner you contact us, the greater chance you have of getting your date booked.  Most of our clients prefer to meet with us, this helps create a more personal feel to their event.  You will get to know us on a first name basis, which helps ease the stress of planning your event.

Ask us about our special prices for schools.

3.)  When we receive your contract, either by mail or from our consultation, a minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to book your event.  This deposit is non-refundable.  Your remaining balance is due at the end of the scheduled event.

4.)  When we receive your contract and deposit, consider your event booked.  If your scheduled event date is changed after booking us, be careful!  We may not be available for the new date.  So please, call us if anything changes.

5.)  You will receive a copy of the signed contract after a deposit is received.

6.)  Again, any questions you might have, please feel free to contact us.
